1. A Kenyan citizen or legal permanent resident over 18 years
2. A registered group or community-based organization (CBO)
3. The individual, group or CBO must be proposing a new business (to start within the next six months) or an existing business that has been in operation for not more than five years
4. all proposals must be for businesses based in Kenya)

To enter the Chase Bank Enablis ILO Business LaunchPadCompetition, collect an entry form from Enablis offices, Chase Bank branches, Inoorero University or download the form from the competition website www.businesslaunchpad.co.ke, complete and submit together with your business plan to the below.

All entries must be received by 14th September 2011.

The cost of submitting a business plan entry is Kenya shillings five hundred only (Kshs.500). The entry fee should be paid through MPESA to the competition number 0720599211

Please remember to indicate the MPESA reference on your entry form e.g. U19WO306. This will act as proof of payment.

Note: Interested participants are encouraged to pay directly other than through a third party. All entries must be submitted with a proof of payment.

A complete entry should contain the following:

1. A fully completed and signed entry form
2. A business plan containing an executive summary of no more than 3 pages as well as the detailed plan for your business to a maximum of 20 pages
3. Evidence of payment of entry fees

Important: Please read the "Terms and Conditions of Entry" on the entry form or on this site carefully, and ensure that your entry complies with these rules. Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified without notice.

Your entry will be treated as strictly confidential at all stages of the competition. The competition staff and judges are bound by strict confidentiality agreement and necessary care is taken to ensure that your idea and intellectual property are not put at any risk whatsoever. However, all entrants must bear in mind that business ideas that are regarded as "unique" by their developers may have also been visualized by other entrepreneurs.
